Our site does not collect any personal information. In the future, online services will be made available, but all personal information will be run through a seperate company, with a secure server.
Sharing Client Information
We DO NOT disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone except permitted by law or by a signed Release Statement from the client.
North Coast Credit Services, Inc. may provide client information to third party companies in order for North Coast to conduct its normal business of credit repair & debt reduction education. An example of this is house, car, credit cards, & bank loan companies. Client information may be provided to assure compliance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Complying with Applicable Law
North Coast Credit Services, Inc. is required to comply with various laws governing consumer information. A copy of "The Fair Credit Reporting Act" – "Disclosures to Consumers" is available for client viewing upon consultant request. It is the express policy of North Coast Credit Services to abide by the laws and regulations governing its operation. North Coast will report and allow access to consumer information only within the parameters set by the laws and regulations.
